Chin Up Girl!!

Hi everyone ! Hope everyone in  good mood and happy saturday . Yeah  in this weekend some of them having fun with family but meeeeee yeahh mee still working . Well tomorrow i guess my last day at my workplace ( well i need to take care of something) and i need to register back in UKM on 11 sept . Woww holiday mood on . 

This entry i just want to make lil throwback on my 1st day working here. Yeah fyi this is my 1st time im working as a cashier and most of time i need to give special treatment to my cust . Eventhough you feel like to crack their head because of their annoyance, fussy  but dont forget the tagline ( CUSTOMERS ALWAYS RIGHT) and smileeé . Fuhh 

On my 1st day : 

1) so a middle aged woman come to the shop and ask me how price the jubah . Well at that time my boss was not with me and i dont know how to answer her quest . Then i reply " sorry maam ,im not really sure the price of the jubah . I have to ask my boss first " and then she replied " oh payah la mcm ni kalau setiap kali datang , kna tunggu tanya boss dlu " hahhaa but the weird thing is she smiled when she said that    . I think this is what we called as " perlian "

Its hard for me too then i said to her . " Maam, im sorry but today is my 1st day working here " 

Suddenly krik krik krik after i said this 

Haha 

2) here comes a family . Theres a grandma , daughter and her grandchildren ( maybe in standard six and 3 yo) 

The grandma asked for tudung and pick one  but she not satisfied with tudung because of the "jahitan"and the colour . So her daughter took all the tudung from the rack and place it in one place, which is on the table . OMG . She tried all the tudung but still not her choice . Then they left . I thought that was over but they came back again and want to try another tudung . Haihhh . A 3 yo girl running in the shop while the standard six girl ( i guess she want to show off that she is such a good daughter , maybe) so she took all the tudung from another rack and placed it on the table. Yeah a pile of tudung . And i still smile because ....  tagline ! Tagline! Cust always right .  

 Although its tired but i gain a new experience , i need to control my emotions , i have to be patience , i have to be honest when i have to handle large amount of money. At the same time my communication skill  much better. 

So if something stress you out, dont worry girl eat a lot of food then you'll be okey . Haha
